Oatmeal cookies

We need
- butter - 80 gr
- sugar - 120 gr.
- flour - 170 gr
- oatmeal (Hercules) - 70 gr
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp

- Blend oatmeal in a blender. You'll get oatmeal flour.
- Sift it. The result should be 70 g of flour.
- Wait for the butter to soften. Rub the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add flour mass obtained from oatmeal and mix well.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt and add to the flour mass in parts, continuing mixing. Then use your hands to form a dough ball out of it.
- From the dough ball make a long layer of dough with thickness of 1 cm.
- Using a cup, form round cookies by simply pressing the “head” of the cup onto the dough layer.
- Place cookies in a greased paper bowl 1-2 cm apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
