How to cook an anthill?

Anthill is one of the most popular cakes in the world. Secret? No secrets, it's just delicious!


Let's find out how to cook it (in fact, the cooking method is very different, we chose one of the simplest). We need:


For dough:


  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • butter - 200 gr
  • powdered sugar - 1 g / g
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 500 gr


Also:


  • Boiled condensed milk - 1 can
  • Milk chocolate - 50 g


Cooking method:



Step 1. Mix the softened butter with powdered sugar, add eggs and continue mixing.

Step 2. Mix flour with baking powder, then add to the egg mass and knead a soft dough. It is important to knead the dough very quickly and not to knead it too hard to make it soft and crumbly, otherwise the dough will become hard and stretchy.

Step 3. After rolling the dough into a ball, wrap it with a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Step 4․ Pass the prepared dough through a meat grinder to make long "ropes", then evenly distribute them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Step 5․ Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees until it gets a light golden-brown color.

Step 6․ Let it cool, then transfer to a large bowl, mix with your hands and crumble into small pieces. Pour in the boiled condensed milk and mix well.

Step 7․ Pour 1 tb/sp of the resulting mass into paper cupcake liners, spread a little melted chocolate on them and serve.
